12 large pasta shells (cooked al dente)

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 large egg (beaten)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish, optional)

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, beaten egg, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

    Stuff the Shells: Take each cooked pasta shell and gently stuff it with the cheese filling. Use a teaspoon or a piping bag for easier filling. Ensure each shell is filled generously.

      Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and preheat for about 5 minutes.

        Prepare the Marinara Sauce: Spread a layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of your air fryer basket to prevent sticking.
