2 large whole wheat tortillas

6 oz sliced turkey breast (deli style or cooked)

1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, and mashed

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

½ cup shredded carrots

½ cup sliced cucumbers

¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: your favorite dressing or hummus

Prepare the Avocado Spread: In a medium bowl, mash the avocado with a fork. Mix in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste until it’s creamy and well combined.

    Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface. Spread half of the avocado mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving about an inch from the edges.

      Layer the Fillings: On top of the avocado spread, layer the sliced turkey breast, fresh spinach leaves, shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, and feta cheese (if using).

        Roll it Up: Starting from one edge, tightly roll the tortilla while keeping the ingredients secure. Try to tuck in the edges as you roll to maintain a tight wrap.

          Slice and Serve: Once rolled, slice each wrap in half diagonally. If you want to keep them fresh for school, wrap them in parchment paper or foil.
