Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup of Nutella or any nut butter

1 medium banana, sliced

½ cup strawberries, sliced

¼ cup mini chocolate chips

¼ cup honey or maple syrup

1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Cooking spray or a small amount of butter for frying

Instructions

Prep Your Fillings: Start by slicing the banana and strawberries. Set them aside.

Assemble the Quesadilla: Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of Nutella or nut butter on half of the tortilla. On top, sprinkle a combination of mozzarella and cheddar cheese, then add the sliced banana, strawberries, and a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips.

Fold: Carefully fold the tortilla in half to cover the filling.

Cook the Quesadilla: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly spray the skillet with cooking spray or melt a small amount of butter. Place the folded quesadilla in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown and the cheese starts to melt.

Flip: Gently flip the quesadilla and cook the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes, until it’s crispy and golden, and the cheese is fully melted.

Serve: Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and place it on a cutting board. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired. Cut the quesadilla into wedges and sprinkle with cinnamon for an extra kick.

Repeat: Continue the process with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.

Enjoy! Serve warm as an after-school treat or a fun dessert!
