Ingredients

1 large whole wheat wrap or tortilla

2 tablespoons almond butter

1/2 cup fresh blueberries (or thawed frozen blueberries)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (for added nutrition)

A pinch of cinnamon

A dash of vanilla extract (optional)

1 tablespoon chopped almonds (for topping)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Base: Lay the whole wheat wrap or tortilla flat on a clean surface or a large plate.

Spread the Almond Butter: Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to spread the almond butter evenly over the entire surface of the wrap, leaving about an inch from the edges.

Add the Fresh Blueberries: Evenly distribute the fresh blueberries over the almond butter layer. If using frozen blueberries, be sure they are thawed and slightly drained to prevent sogginess.

Drizzle with Sweetness: If you prefer a sweeter wrap, drizzle honey or maple syrup over the blueberries. You can also add a dollop of Greek yogurt for extra creaminess.

Sprinkle the Seeds: Add chia seeds or flaxseeds over the blueberries for added nutrition. You can also sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon and a dash of vanilla extract for extra flavor.

Roll it Up: Carefully fold in the sides of the wrap and then roll it tightly from the bottom up to create a wrap. Ensure everything stays inside as you roll.

Slice and Serve: Cut the wrap in half diagonally for easier handling. Top with chopped almonds and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Enjoy: Serve immediately, or wrap it in parchment paper to enjoy later!
