2 cups cooked brown rice

2 cups fresh broccoli florets (steamed)

1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream

1 cup buttermilk

1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 cup crushed buttery crackers (like Ritz)

2 tablespoons melted butter

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Baking Dish: Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or a little olive oil.

      Mix the Creamy Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, buttermilk, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed and smooth.

        Combine the Ingredients: Add the cooked brown rice, steamed broccoli florets, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the cream mixture. Stir gently until everything is well coated.

          Transfer to Baking Dish: Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

            Add the Cracker Topping: In a small bowl, combine the crushed buttery crackers and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the broccoli rice mixture in the baking dish.
