8 ounces penne pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Optional: crushed tortilla chips or breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

    Cook the pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Mix the sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well-combined.

        Combine the ingredients: Add the shredded chicken and cooked pasta to the buffalo sauce mixture. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly coated.

          Add cheese: Fold in half of the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese into the pasta mixture, reserving the other half for topping.
