Ingredients

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup mini pepperoni slices

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Pizza Dough: On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to about 1/4-inch thickness.

Cut into Squares: Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut the dough into 4-inch squares. You should get about 12 squares.

Fill with Toppings: Place a small amount (about 1 tablespoon) of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each square. Top with a few mini pepperoni slices, a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes if using.

Fold and Seal: Carefully fold each square into a ball, pinching the edges together to fully enclose the filling. Ensure they are well sealed to prevent leakage during baking.

Brush and Bake: Place the pizza bombs on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down. Brush the tops with olive oil to ensure they get a nice golden color while baking.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they are puffed up and golden brown.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 12 bombs
