1 lb flank steak

2 cups fresh cherries, pitted and halved

4 cups mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach, and kale)

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette

1/4 cup walnut halves, toasted

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

Salt and pepper, to taste

Olive oil for cooking

Prepare the Steak: Season the flank steak generously with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
