3 ripe bananas, mashed

1/3 cup melted butter

1 teaspoon baking soda

Pinch of salt

3/4 cup sugar (can substitute with brown sugar for a deeper flavor)

1 large egg, beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup chopped walnuts (or pecans)

Optional: 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon for extra warmth

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.

    Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter with the mashed bananas. Stir in the baking soda and salt. Follow with the beaten egg, vanilla extract, and sugar. Mix until well combined.
