3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels

1 can (15 oz) creamed corn

1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup crushed tortilla chips

1/2 cup diced green onions (optional)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, corn kernels, creamed corn, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, half of the cheddar cheese, green onions (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well coated and mixed.

      Prepare Baking Dish: Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

        Layer the Casserole: Pour the chicken and corn mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.

          Top with Chips and Cheese: Sprinkle the crushed tortilla chips over the top of the casserole, then add the remaining cheddar cheese on top.

            Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
