2 cups fresh broccoli florets

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Panko for extra crunch)

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil spray (or cooking spray)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.

    Prepare the Broccoli: Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and blanch for about 2 minutes until they turn bright green and just slightly tender. Drain and immediately transfer them to an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Once cooled, drain again and finely chop.

      Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
