4 large whole wheat flour tortillas

200g feta cheese, crumbled

2 cups fresh spinach, washed and chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crispiness)

Optional: Fresh herbs (dill or parsley) for garnish

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, chopped spinach, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.

    Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about 1/4 of the spinach and feta mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges. Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides to secure the filling. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

      Coat the Wraps: In a shallow dish, place the breadcrumbs. Carefully roll each wrap in the breadcrumbs until fully coated, pressing gently to help them adhere.

        Cook the Wraps: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, carefully place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and crispy. Work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the pan.
