Easy Grilled Chicken Wraps

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

4 whole wheat or spinach tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 medium tomato, diced

1/2 cup cucumber, sliced

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup tzatziki sauce or ranch dressing (optional)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with the marinade and let them sit for at least 20 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for more flavor).

    Preheat the Grill: Get your grill ready by preheating it to medium-high heat. If you’re using a grill pan, heat it on the stove over medium heat.

      Grill the Chicken: Once preheated, place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let them rest for about 5 minutes.

        Slice the Chicken: After resting, slice the grilled chicken into thin strips.

          Assemble the Wraps: Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Start with a layer of fresh spinach leaves, followed by the diced tomato, cucumber slices, shredded carrots, and crumbled feta cheese. Add the sliced grilled chicken on top.

            Drizzle with Sauce: If desired, drizzle tzatziki sauce or ranch dressing over the chicken.

              Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll it tightly from the bottom up to secure all the fillings.
