Ingredients

1 cup ripe mango, diced

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt if preferred)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

1 tablespoon lime juice (optional, for added brightness)

Silicone mold or ice cube trays

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: Start by washing and prepping the mango and strawberries. Dice the mango into small pieces and slice the strawberries into thin rounds.

Blend the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt, and lime juice. Mix everything together until smooth and well incorporated.

Layer the Bites: If you're using a silicone mold, place a small amount of diced mango at the bottom of each cavity, followed by a layer of the yogurt mixture. Then add a few slices of strawberry on top of the yogurt layer. Repeat the process until all ingredients are used, finishing with the yogurt mixture on top.

Freeze: Carefully place the mold in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.

Remove and Serve: Once frozen, remove the bites from the mold by gently pushing from the bottom. If using an ice cube tray, run warm water over the outside of the tray to help release the bites. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.

Enjoy: These delightful bites make a perfect refreshing snack or dessert on a hot day! Share with friends or enjoy them all yourself!
