1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)

1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)

1/2 cup brewed coffee (cooled)

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/3 cup honey or maple syrup (for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup sliced almonds (for topping)

1/4 cup chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet, for topping)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Base Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, almond milk, cooled brewed coffee, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk together until the mixture is smooth and creamy, ensuring that the cocoa powder is fully incorporated.

    Line the Pan: Take an 8x8-inch square baking dish and line it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal later.

      Pour the Mixture: Pour the chocolatey yogurt mixture into the prepared dish. Gently spread it out into an even layer using a spatula.

        Add Toppings: Evenly sprinkle the sliced almonds and chocolate chips over the top of the mixture. Press them down lightly so they stick into the surface.
