Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla yogurt)

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup granola (for topping)

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Mix the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.

Prepare the Cups: Line a muffin tin with paper liners or silicone molds for easy removal. If using a silicone mold, you can skip this step.

Fill the Molds: Spoon the peanut butter yogurt mixture evenly into each cup, filling them about three-quarters full. Tap the tin gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles and to settle the mixture.

Add the Toppings: Sprinkle a layer of granola generously over the tops of each yogurt cup. If desired, add mini chocolate chips for an extra touch of sweetness and texture.

Freeze: Carefully place the muffin tin or molds in the freezer. Allow them to freeze for at least 4 hours or until solidified.

Serve and Enjoy: Once frozen, remove the yogurt cups from the molds. If you used a muffin tin, let them sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes to soften slightly before removing the cups. Serve as a refreshing snack or dessert!
