2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or any preferred yogurt)

1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon almond extract

1/4 cup chopped almonds

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Pinch of sea salt

Silicone muffin cups or any small molds

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, shredded coconut, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, almond extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.

    Add Nuts: Gently fold in the chopped almonds into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout.

      Prepare Molds: If using silicone muffin cups, place them on a flat tray for easy handling.

        Fill the Cups: Spoon the yogurt mixture into each cup, filling them about 3/4 full. Tap the tray gently on the counter to remove air bubbles and distribute the mixture evenly.

          Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and fully melted.
