Ingredients

For the Strawberry Layer:

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Yogurt Layer:

3 cups plain Greek yogurt (or flavored yogurt of your choice)

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Crumble Topping:

1 cup rolled oats

½ cup almond flour (or all-purpose flour)

½ cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

¼ cup coconut oil, melted (or unsalted butter)

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Strawberry Layer:

    - In a medium bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Stir well and let marinate for about 10-15 minutes to enhance the flavors.

      Blend the Yogurt Layer:

        - In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey (or agave syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetener if necessary.

          Make the Crumble Topping:

            - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Pour in the melted coconut oil and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

              - Spread the crumble mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely.

                Assemble the Frozen Yogurt Slices:

                  - Line a 9x9 inch (23x23 cm) square baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal. Start by spreading half of the yogurt mixture evenly in the bottom of the dish.

                    - Layer the marinated strawberries over the yogurt layer.

                      - Pour the remaining yogurt mixture over the strawberries, smoothing it out with a spatula. Finally, sprinkle the cooled crumble evenly on top.

                        Freeze:

                          - Cover the dish with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until set.

                            Serve:

                              - Once frozen, remove the dish from the freezer and let it sit for about 5 minutes to soften slightly. Lift it out using the parchment paper and cut into slices with a sharp knife. Serve immediately and enjoy a refreshing treat!
