1 pound baby carrots (or regular carrots cut into sticks)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme)

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Prepare the Carrots: If using regular carrots, peel them and cut them into sticks of roughly the same size for even cooking. If using baby carrots, you can leave them whole.
