1 pound fresh broccoli florets

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Zest of 1 lemon

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Broccoli: Rinse the broccoli florets under cold water and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Ensure they are well dried to achieve maximum crispiness.
