2 large flour tortillas

1 cup cooked grilled chicken, sliced or shredded

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup sliced green onions

1/2 cup spinach or mixed greens

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: Hot sauce for extra flavor

Prepare the Chicken: If you haven't already, grill the chicken until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper, then slice or shred it and set it aside.

    Make the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the grilled chicken, ranch dressing, diced tomatoes, green onions, and spinach. Mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated with dressing.

      Assemble the Wrap: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon half of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Sprinkle half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.

        Wrap it Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom to the top, creating a tight wrap. Repeat this step with the second tortilla and the remaining filling.

          Heat the Grill: Preheat your grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-low heat. Lightly brush it with olive oil to prevent sticking.

            Grill the Wraps: Place the wraps seam-side down on the grill. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Carefully flip to the other side and grill for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are toasted.

              Slice and Serve: Remove the wraps from the grill and let them sit for a minute. Slice them diagonally into halves or quarters.
