Ingredients
  

2 ripe avocados

4 slices of whole-grain bread

6 strips of cooked bacon, chopped

1 small tomato, finely diced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Bread:

    - Toast the slices of whole-grain bread until they are crispy and golden brown. Once done, let them cool slightly before cutting.

      Mash Avocado:

        - In a bowl, scoop out the flesh of the avocados. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Mash until smooth but still slightly chunky for a nice texture.

            - Cut each toasted bread slice into quarters to create mini pieces.
