Ingredients

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 pack of wonton wrappers (approximately 24 wrappers)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare Filling: In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.

Assemble Wontons: Lay out a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Place about 1 tablespoon of the chicken Alfredo mixture in the center of the wrapper.

Seal Wontons: Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with a little water (using your fingers or a brush). Fold the wrapper diagonally to create a triangle and press the edges firmly to seal. Alternatively, you can fold the corners inwards to create a more enclosed pocket. Ensure that there are no air bubbles.

Heat Oil: In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Cook Wontons: Once the oil is hot, place the wontons in a single layer, cooking them in batches if necessary. Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Serve: Arrange the crispy Mini Chicken Alfredo Wonton Wraps on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve hot with additional Alfredo sauce for dipping.
