1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Cheesecake Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

For the Topping:

Whipped cream

Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (for garnish)

Fresh berries (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Crust:

    - In a medium mixing bowl, combine chocolate graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and granulated sugar. Mix well.

      - Pour in the melted butter and stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.

        - Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the crust mixture into the bottom of each serving cup and press it down firmly to create an even layer. Set aside.

          Make the Cheesecake Filling:

            - In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

              - Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until fully incorporated.

                - In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks.

                  - Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain.

                    - Add the melted chocolate and vanilla extract, folding until the filling is smooth and chocolatey.

                      Assemble the Cups:

                        - Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling over the crust in each cup, filling them about three-quarters full.

                          - Smooth the tops with a spatula or the back of a spoon.

                            - Cover the cups with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.

                              Serve:

                                - Just before serving, add a dollop of whipped cream on top of each cheesecake cup.

                                  - Garnish with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder, and add fresh berries if desired.
