2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced thinly

1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (plus extra for garnish)

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Fresh arugula (for topping after baking)

Balsamic glaze (for drizzling)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you're using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat as well.

    Prepare the Crust: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a pizza peel or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

      Assemble the Pizza: Brush the pizza crust lightly with olive oil. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the pizza base, then sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
