Ingredients
  

1 cup canned pumpkin puree

2 cups vanilla ice cream

1 cup milk (whole or almond)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 cup whipped cream (for topping)

1 tablespoon caramel sauce (optional, for drizzling)

Crushed graham crackers (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the pumpkin puree, vanilla ice cream, milk, and vanilla extract.

    Add the ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger to the blender.

      Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

        Taste the milkshake and adjust spices or sweetness as per your preference.

          Once blended to desired consistency, pour the milkshake into tall glasses.

            Top each milkshake with a generous dollop of whipped cream.

              Drizzle caramel sauce on top, if using.

                Finish off by sprinkling crushed graham crackers over the whipped cream for added texture.

                  Serve immediately with a straw or a long spoon.
