2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

1/4 cup balsamic glaze

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

4 pieces of flatbread (store-bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: Red pepper flakes for a kick

Cook the Chicken:

    - Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the chicken. Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

      Prepare the Strawberry Basil Topping:

        - In a bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and chopped basil. Drizzle with a couple of tablespoons of balsamic glaze, and mix gently to combine. Set aside to allow the flavors to meld.

          Assemble the Flatbread:

            - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). On a baking sheet, lay out the flatbreads.

              - Start by spreading a thin layer of balsamic glaze over each flatbread (about 1-2 tablespoons each).

                - Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese on top, followed by sliced chicken breast. Then, add a generous spoonful of the strawberry basil mixture on each flatbread.

                  Bake:

                    - Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the flatbreads are slightly crispy.
