2 cups rotini pasta

2 cups cooked shredded chicken (grilled or rotisserie)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

1 cup grilled zucchini, diced (optional)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite flavor)

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool it down. Set aside.
